Objective: The aim of this review is to analyze the impact of management strategies on the quality of nursing services in hospital settings, based on recent publications addressing the topic. Material and Methods: A bibliographic review of articles published between 2019 and 2024 in databases such as PubMed, Cochrane, and SciELO, using MeSH terms like "Nursing Management", "Quality of Health Care", and "Patient Satisfaction". Only articles in English were selected, and Boolean operators were applied to refine the results. Results: Fifteen studies were included. The main strategies identified were transformational leadership, professional governance, and total quality management (TQM), all linked to improvements in patient satisfaction, staff commitment, and organizational efficiency.
Conclusion: Management strategies implemented in nursing have a positive impact on care quality and job satisfaction, though barriers such as resource shortages and resistance to change persist.
