Abstract

This Degree Project with the topic: “Analysis of Document Management and its Impact on the Linkage Projects of the Tsa'chila Institute, Santo Domingo, 2023”, is based on the document management that the Coordination of Linkage with Society has. of the Institute, that there is a poor reception and registration of documents, physical damage to the documents, delay in searching for the documents and scattered information, all this due to the lack of constant personnel in the processing of the documentation, the limited space for storage and a computer package that is not in accordance with the needs of managing the documents that are archived, this problem was obtained according to the collection of information through a methodology with a Qualitative and Quantitative Approach, using data collection with the purpose of testing the specific objectives which determine the development of the current situation of the Liaison Coordination, for which a Regulation for Document and Archive Management is presented and in this way to be able to solve the problems in which the aforementioned is found. Coordination and also through this Regulation to be able to maintain the Information that is very necessary for the good development of the Tsa'chila Higher Technological Institute in the extremely important axis such as Linking with Society
