The personalization of learning, supported by educational technology, has revolutionized the traditional pedagogical approach. This educational paradigm focuses on students' individual needs, interests and learning rhythms, facilitated by technological tools such as online learning platforms, artificial intelligence and educational analytics. Personalization allows for more effective and meaningful learning, fostering student autonomy and motivation. In addition, educational technology offers diversified, adaptive and accessible learning resources, enhancing educational inclusion and equity. This article explores how personalization and technology are integrated to improve educational processes, highlighting their benefits, challenges and future prospects.
