Abstract

In order to achieve an effective institutional reorganization, it is necessary to start from meaning and responsibility as fundamental pillars. These aspects must be taken up from a management that goes beyond simple order and command, transcending towards a more inclusive and systemic structure. In this sense, leadership acquires a crucial role, constituting a management that is characterized by its empathy and dialogic capacity. It is essential that this leadership is imbued with the educators' willingness to act for the comprehensive development of students, which in turn is reflected in their own job satisfaction. Therefore, assertiveness in action becomes a key element to promote a conscious resignification of educational work. In this way, an environment conducive to the personal and professional growth of teachers is fostered, which has a direct impact on the quality of teaching and learning. It is necessary that there be a genuine commitment on the part of all the actors involved in the educational process, always seeking the well-being and comprehensive development of the students. Regarding this reality, the objective is declared to analyze documentary the implication of assertive management in the direction of educational centers: assuming communication in leadership within the Ecuadorian organizational context.
