Logistics operating plan and its effect on the supply chain of the company Ecoegg, Santo Domingo 2024

Abstract

The present research was conducted with the purpose of knowing how the processes covered by an operational plan are, within the inquiry the deficiency of some processes within the supply chain and the respective activities that precede them in the company EcoEgg that are indispensable to manage an efficient inventory were identified, therefore the general objective aims to improve the performance of the supply chain through the design of an operational plan, implement specific measures and corrective actions to address the failures identified in the current activities of EcoEgg. The methodology implemented showed the EcoEgg qualitative study that addressed the company's problems from a detailed and specific perspective, seeking to understand the interrelationships and impact of its activities through observation and interviews to obtain short-term results. With a descriptive and exploratory scope, the most convenient way to act as required by the company was identified. Thus, through the creation of a logistics operational plan that is able to provide safety, quality and efficiency, reducing costs and time in deliveries, which benefits the company and its customers.
