This literature review aims to analyze the influence of innovation in educational management on the quality of the teaching-learning process. Through a systematic review of the literature, various studies that have examined innovative practices in education and their effects on student academic performance, teacher satisfaction, and institutional efficiency were explored. The methodology employed consisted of an exhaustive search for relevant studies in academic databases, using a set of keywords related to educational innovation, educational management, and learning quality. The selected studies were critically analyzed to identify key findings, emerging trends, and knowledge gaps in the field. The results of the review indicate that the implementation of innovative practices in educational management can have a positive impact on the quality of learning, by fostering the development of 21st-century skills, promoting active and personalized learning, and improving teacher satisfaction. However, the adoption of innovations faces a number of challenges, such as resistance to change, lack of resources, and the complexity of educational systems. Based on the findings, a series of recommendations are proposed for future research, such as conducting longitudinal studies, comparing cultural contexts, and exploring the impact of emerging technologies. Likewise, practical implications are suggested for improving educational practice, such as promoting a culture of innovation, designing flexible and personalized curricula, and creating collaborative networks.
